Requirements

• Knowledge of child development and safety (Added advantage)
• Strong communication and listening abilities
• High level of empathy and emotional awareness
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate patience
• Possess strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility in working hours, physical stamina, and
• Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks are also important. (Added advantage).
